Airport Transfer Singapore books private cars to and from Changi and Seletar. I assign those cars. Rather than list what we value, this page follows one booking from the enquiry to the car door.
It starts with a flight number
We ask for your flight number, not only a landing time. Dispatch tracks the flight, so if it lands late, the pickup moves with it. Before a car and chauffeur are assigned, we check the flight details and that the vehicle fits your party and your bags.
Most enquiries get a reply within 15 minutes during operating hours.
Before you fly
You get written confirmation with the pickup details. Your chauffeur’s name and mobile number are sent in advance. Changes to short and single bookings need 24 hours’ notice, and they aren’t confirmed until we accept them in writing.
When you land
The first 60 minutes after landing are free. That covers immigration, the baggage belt and a stop for a SIM card. Your chauffeur waits outside the arrival hall exit, at the glass doors nearest your belt, holding a board with your name.
After 60 minutes, waiting is charged. The standard is S$20 per 15 minutes, and it varies by vehicle.
Departures and city pickups
These carry 15 minutes of free waiting. If you’re running late, message your chauffeur directly; the number is in your confirmation.
If you booked VIP arrival
You’re met in the private terminal instead of the public hall. Staff take you through arrival formalities and hand you to your chauffeur at the vehicle.
What we don’t do
We don’t carry pets. A no-show is charged: the terms allow up to the confirmed fare, and that is what we apply.
